Welp, I guess it's time to finally write this. The title is exactly 81 ticks, by the way. That's 3^4 if you want a less arbitrary representation. In case you were wondering. I wrote that title over a week ago, and since then I've forgotten why it is the title. I'm sure I had a reason for it. After postponing this for a while, I decided to finally write it today. I've started writing this just before midnight (it's 11:56), so technically I followed through with my decision.

Anyways, what is this actually about? I don't think I had any grand plans other than writing about what I've been doing. So here's what I've been doing: work. Mostly work. Well, not mostly, but still quite a bit. I'm pushing numbers around to see if they are good numbers. On Friday I found out that some of the numbers I'd been using might in fact be not-good numbers, which means on Monday I'll have to spend some amount of time trying to figure out how good my numbers in fact were and whether or not I need to redo all my number pushing.

Also, I've been consuming entertainment as quickly and effectively as I can. Just last week I watched through Flip Flappers, a show which was recommended to me that I didn't particularly like. Just today I finished reading through the archive of Girl Genius, which is good fun and I would recommend. I realize that I've been reading a lot of webcomics while here in Pittsburgh (enough to make a RAINBOW OF COMICS) so I've decided that for the entire rest of my time here I will read at most three more: Girl Genius (done today), Real Science Adventures, and Hazy London. This way I'll have time to do more productive things, like read things from the SCP wiki.

Other than that, I went to a museum which was cool, saw a very pretty beetle, met a new member of Paulo's team (the team I'm in for this internship thing), and went bowling. I got by far the worst score in bowling, but my team still won. Also my membership card for the museum should have been delivered by now, and I don't think it has been, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .

Uh... what else? Oh! I made an egg-tuna-cream-cheese mix which I hesitate to call a "salad" on Thursday. With four cans of tuna and six eggs I had enough for 11 sammiches. Already, only one remains in the fridge. They are too delicious for their own good. I'll have to make more soon.

I could say more about the videos I've watched and the things I've read. I could fill a whole nother post with descriptions of all the crazy ideas that've been buzzing in my head, for shows about math and shows about not math and characters and powers and mechanics that underly worlds. But also I'm tired. I've been making a concentrated effort to sleep more. And I want to wake up tomorrow early enough to go to the museum and see about my membership card. So, this will be it for now (and probably for a while because I don't exactly have the most consistent posting habits).
